Rockford First has implemented a check-in system in our growing Kid's Ministry Area. Our goal is to increase the security of each area and make the sign-in process smoother. This new digital system will allow you to sign in your child directly in their classroom or service area. Kiosks have been installed in each of the AkolooLand classrooms and several will be located in the KidsLife entrance.

New Registration Procedures

With our new computer system every family will need to verify information at the Registration Area located in the foyer near AkolooLand’s main entrance. Once we have accurate information you will be able to use the last four digits of your phone number to sign-in your child(ren) directly in their room. There will be a concierge kiosk located in each hallway if further assistance is needed. Each new family and visiting child will register at the “First Time Guest with Kids” Registration Area (Foyer with the yellow wall).

    AkolooLand

  • Each room has a kiosk located inside the classroom
  • Register using the last four digits of your phone number
    • Three tags will print off
    • Child’s name tag
    • Log receipt tag (given to the teacher at sign-in)
    • Parent claim ticket (used to pick up your child)
  • If a parent claim ticket is misplaced you will need to go to the registration area to have a new one printed (I.D.’s will be checked)
  • Children can be checked in for both services at sign-in
  • Child’s name tag will be turned in at sign-out

    KidsLife

  • Four kiosks will be located at the KidsLife entrance
  • Register using the last four digits of your phone number
    • Three tags will print off
    • Child’s name tag
    • Log receipt tag (given to the registration attendant at sign-in)
    • Parent claim ticket (used to pick up your child)
    • New sign-out process in KidsLife
    • One way traffic for pick up
    • New exit located on west side of Kids Auditorium
    • Use the parent claim ticket to pick up your child
    • If a claim ticket is misplaced you will need to go to the registration area to have a new one printed (I.D.’s will be checked)
    • Child’s name tag will be turned in at sign-out
